Octant Évora hotel, located near the historic city of Évora in Portugal’s Alentejo region, is proud to announce the opening of its Enoteca, a redesigned space dedicated to honoring the rich winemaking heritage of the area. This unique venue— the only one of its kind in a hotel in the region— is now open to offer immersive experiences centered around wine and gastronomy, welcoming both local and international visitors, from wine experts and enthusiasts to winemakers and curious first-timers.

“Our vision for the Enoteca is to create a new home for Alentejo wines and celebrate the best producers from the region,” says Sérgio Duarte, General Manager of Octant Évora. “It’s a place where all certified Alentejo producers are represented. But more than just a tasting room, the Enoteca will offer experiences: guided tastings and unforgettable moments where wine lovers can connect with the makers behind the wines.”
